Roy Cape All Stars is now D’ All Starz

Well this is certainly the end of an era!!! Roy Cape All Stars has now officially changed its name to D’All Starz.  All of the lead vocalists have stayed on, we will continue to see Blaxx, Ricardo Drue, Tizzy and Teddyson John.   The band thanked Dr Roy Cape for his guidance over the last six decades. Everyone is loving the new Black Panther trailer that just hit the screen and web. We just found out that the actor cast as  M’Baku has Tobago roots. Winston Duke was born in Tobago and emigrated to the United States when he was nine. Fans went into a frenzy today as Kes of Kes The Band cut-off his signature ras and sported a brand new look! It was highlighted on his IG Page as fans weighed in. Rennie Ramnarine of Dil E Nadan injured

Rennie Ramnarine a singer with the band Dil E Nadan was hurt yesterday, Saturday 3rd June 2017, in an accident.   His brother Raymond Ramnarine posted apologies for the bands non-appearance at an event on Saturday night.             We wish Rennie a speedy recovery as our prayers are with band and family.

Brigo has passed away

Calypsonian  Samuel “Brigo” Abraham passed away on May 16 2017. He was 76 He had been ailing for some time. His popular songs  included Mama Popo, Limbo Break and Voodoo Man. He was fondly remembered for his facial expressions and antics. His commercial for Det became popular for that reason.
