Calypso Monarch is the competition in Trinidad and Tobago Carnival where the best calypsonian is crowned Monarch during the Carnival celebrations.

Calypso Monarch used to be called Calypso King until Calypso Rose won in 1978. Some years calypsonians sang two songs.
