Congratulations to the Tobago Band Uptown Fascinators for winning the Panorama Small Conventional Bands 2020. The competition was tight and favorites T&T Defence Force came out to defend their 2019 title. But Uptown Fascinators managed to beat the T&T Defence Force by three points playing I Don’t Mind!
