RE – CSM25 SEMI FINAL RESULTS – 24 move Forward.
The Semi Final round of the CSM25 – 25th Anniversary Show saw 43 artistes cross the stage. All 43 artistes performed at the highest level, and the standard of the productions put forward were very high.
The Semi Final venue at Space was packed to capacity with fans coming out in their numbers to support their favorite artistes. The event was incident free.
The stage management crew did an excellent job in moving the show along smoothly which ended promptly at 2am. The back up band, Avatar, led by Kishore ‘Wizzy’ Ramdath must also be complimented for the great job at backing up all the artistes.
Producers are very happy that this semi final platform can still be done, as it represents a forum for young upcoming artistes to showcase their talent on a stage in front of a large audience, backed up by a ‘live’ band. The level of competition also augers well in the growth and development of these upcoming artistes
23 artistes have been selected from Saturday’s show, and will now join the CSM Toronto winner, Raul Deoram on the big stage at Guaracara Park on Saturday 8th February for the Grand Final of the CSM25.
